Our Boundaries

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Sessions: We respectfully ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to honor our commitment to you and ensures availability for other clients. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a full session fee, unless in cases of emergencies, which we handle with understanding and flexibility.

Events, Workshops, and Classes: For our events, workshops, and classes, cancellations made up to 30 days before the start date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable. However, if you're unable to attend and we can find a replacement, we'll issue a full refund.

No Call/No Show: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a full session fee charged to the card on file.

Payment:

Financial Transactions: Payment is due in full at the time of service, unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon. We accept cash, Zelle, and Venmo. For transactions using PayPal, debit, credit, or HSA cards, a 3% service fee applies. Personal checks are accepted only with prior approval.

Refunds and Discounts: All sales are final, and refunds or returns are not available unless under exceptional circumstances. Discounted rates are available for package purchases.

Late Arrivals and Early End Times:

If you arrive late, your session time will be adjusted accordingly, and the full session fee will still apply. In the event of an early session end at the client's request, the full session fee is charged. However, if the session concludes early for therapeutic reasons determined by the practitioner, the full session fee applies, with a credit towards the next session, depending on the situation.

Professional Boundaries:

Our relationship with clients is strictly professional. We reserve the right to discontinue services for any inappropriate behavior, including violence, vulgar language, or sexual advances. Clients are expected to refrain from being under the influence of any mind-altering substances during sessions.

Confidentiality:

Your privacy and confidentiality are paramount. All personal information and emotional disclosures remain confidential, except in cases of abuse, suicidal or homicidal threats, or concerns of child endangerment.

Client Expectations:

During sessions, we expect clients to maintain appropriate behavior conducive to a therapeutic environment. Any deviation, such as aggression or inappropriate conduct, may result in termination of services.

Attire:

For bodywork sessions, please wear comfortable and appropriate clothing, such as loose-fitting and stretchable attire. If wearing a skirt or dress, we recommend wearing shorts or pants underneath for your comfort and modesty.
